I did a lot of bumping into walls as a kid though. I wished someone would come and teach me how to lift properly, what to eat etc. etc. I would have been in great shape a lot faster and I would have been even better than I was. You can keep confusing yourself by reading all the mags out there written by "jacked up" i.e. juiced athletes if you want or you can allow me to give you good common sense answers and workout formulas based on your unique body type and metabolism. You will never achieve the bodies of the guys in the mags. They are on so many different types of supplements - legal and illegal that you will go broke just trying to do what they do in a few weeks or months.
