Good luck, Chaz. I said a prayer 4 u. God's watching over the surgen and gonna make sure he does everything right. =} I know u'r gonna b antsy cuz u won't b able 2 work out...lifting wts...but, hey........u can ride the bike, dude. LOL. Let us all know how u'r doin' after the surgery. I'll b thinkin' boutcha. Hey, mayb u'll get lucky and they'll put a bionic part in u'r shoulder...?? LOL.

Yeah, that kinda sux. But....at the same time nice 2 not have pain 4 the wkend. But, i guess u'll have the pain thru next wkend. ={ Damn if u do and damn if u don't.

Surgery got rescheduled for January. Well guess what - they are gonna have to chase me down. I am gonna get to a fightin' weight of 245 and then lean out to a competition 215. You think my back looks good now well just wait. Shoulder pains or not - I'm gonna win this year.

My shoulder hurts like a bitc* sometimes but I don't see myself wearing a sling all summer. That would be a bummer. I'd like to buy a hummer. No that would be dumber. :)
